Did you know that by going Green your family will grow closer? That's right by watching your family consumption your family will grow closer. One of the gifts of going Green is that it can actually change the way we interact with our families. Try this: For the next family birthday, don't just buy more stuff. Instead,spend the day together. Take a trip to the museum or nature preserve. Go for a long walk, bike ride, or hike together. Cook a healthy Fit food meal together. Visit a local farm. Create traditions together. Maybe every fall you pick apples; every Sunday night you take a long evening walk to recap on the following week together; every spring you take a bike trip.
